Welcome to the City of Pacifica online payment portal.

The below links are for payments to the City of Pacifica only. They will take you to third-party payment portals away from the City of Pacifica’s website.

When making a payment, please include all applicable details such as invoice/permit numbers in the appropriate fields to ensure timely posting to your account.

A third-party convenience fee will be calculated and added to the total before you confirm your payment. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided as confirmation of payment for your records. The City of Pacifica has suspended Online Credit Card transactions as of March 7, 2023. Please note that Business Licenses, TOT, Police Alarm Permits and Parking/Moving Citations will continue to take online credit cards payments by our 3rd party vendors. Credit Card Transactions can be made in person at City Facilities. You may call the department directly to discuss payment options if you cannot come in person to make a payment. The City will be undergoing a new Financial System implementation and will resume processing online payments once the implementation is completed. The timetable for this implementation is about 1 year. The City of Pacifica apologizes for this inconvenience and will bring this service back as soon as possible.
