Parking tickets may be paid by mailing payment to:

If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you may send your letter and the citation to the above address. Your citation will be returned to the department for an administrative review. Once the process is complete, you will be notified in writing of the outcome. The police department does not accept payment for citations.

If you are an adult who has received a traffic violation citation and you need additional information, call the Southern Branch Traffic Court at 650-363-4300. If you are a juvenile who has received a traffic violation citation, call the Juvenile Traffic Court at 650-312-8887.

If you would like to pay a non-correctable parking citation you may do so online with a debit or credit card at www.pticket.com/pacifica.

Fix It Tickets

The Pacifica Police Department provides free inspections and sign-off for violations relating to registration and defective vehicle equipment. Please bring the original citation and your vehicle/registration to the police station and come to the front Records counter during business hours to initiate the process.

Please note that San Mateo county agencies are not able to sign off tickets for any proof of insurance violations. You must bring your proof of insurance and your citation to the Northern Branch Traffic Court at 1050 Mission Rd South San Francisco, for correction.

Juvenile Traffic Matters are handled through the Juvenile Probation Department.
